Refund And Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Policy

All donations made on this website are Voluntary and Non-Refundable in nature.

2. Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transaction
• Technical error leading to excess payment

Such requests must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Refund Timeline (TAT)

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider/bank.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through:

• Original payment method
  OR
• Bank transfer (if required)

5. Cancellation Policy

Since donations are voluntary contributions, cancellation is not applicable once the donation is processed.
